    Prizes are not refundable or exchangeable. All prizes are subject to availability and many may be non-transferable. Some prizes allow for multiple redemptions while others are single redemption only. Experiences will occur during the 2016-17 NBA season or summer 2017. We have the right to remove tickets from accounts without refunding points if tickets are posted on any secondary markets.

    Your points are valid from September 15, 2016 through June 30, 2017. Members will receive Pistons Rewards points for the 2016-17 NBA season based on membership status as of Opening Night 2016. Each month up-to-date points balances will be communicated via our Members Monthly emails.

    Yes! Beginning in November 2016, we will host on-site redemptions at two games per month in the Member Concierge prior to the start of the 3rd quarter. Game dates will be communicated in Members Monthly emails and under our upcoming events in the game details.

    Pistons Members are eligible to redeem points for Pistons experiences and prizes through June 30, 2017. Prizes will be added to the Pistons Rewards site throughout the 2016-17 NBA season so login on a regular basis to view the latest offers. You may redeem points for available prizes provided that you have enough points in your account. Upon redemption, the number of required Rewards points will be deducted from your account. All redemptions are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    Please allow seven to ten business days for points to be loaded to your account. Ticket packages bought after December 31, 2016 are not eligible for participation in the Rewards program.

    You will earn one point for every dollar spent at eligible concessions stands up to 10,000 points. You will earn one point for every dollar spent on merchandise up to 5,000 points.

    By scanning your ticket(s) at the gate, your account will earn 250 points per seat, up to 4 seats. If you forward your Pistons tickets to a friend, you will still earn points as long as they scan in at the gate. You can earn an additional 100 points per seat up to 4 seats for scanning in at least 60 minutes prior to tip-off.

    Members with multiple season plans and/or seat locations will receive the combined value of points for overall spend, up to 100,000 points. Points for base membership and tenure are only recognized once.

    Suiteholders receive pre-loaded points based on suite level. • Full suite on 100-level: 100,000 points per account • Full suite on 200-level: 75,000 points per account • Full suite on 300-level: 50,000 points per account • Partial suiteholders will receive a portion of available points based on suite level. o For example, if you license a half season suite on the 100-level, you will receive 50,000 points, half the amount of eligible points for that level.

    Members will receive tenure points based on how many consecutive years as a Pistons member. • 1-9 years = 5,000 points • 10-24 years = 10,000 points • 25+ years = 25,000 points

    Season ticket members receive points based on the type of package purchased. These points are pre-loaded onto your account. • Full season member = 8,200 points • Half season member = 2,100 points

    Upon first login, you will be prompted to accept terms and conditions and will earn 750 bonus points for doing so. From a desktop computer or your smartphone, the preferred browser is Google Chrome.

    When your Rewards card is delivered with your 2016-17 season tickets, you will automatically have points pre-loaded in your rewards account at pistons.com/rewards. You can also earn more points throughout the season. Points are not transferable to other Reward members’ accounts. • Pre-loaded points: Based on your spend per year, tenure and type of membership you purchased. • Earned points: Points will accrue throughout the season as you attend Pistons games, make purchases at Palace concession stands and the Locker Room Store, enter The Palace at least 60 minutes prior to tip-off and attend select ticketed member events.     The Pistons Rewards program puts you in the driver’s seat to customize your member benefits throughout the season. Earn points for your attendance and game day purchases and redeem those points for additional game tickets, once-in-lifetime experiences or Pistons merchandise. To be eligible, you must be recognized as the primary account holder on a 2016-17 Pistons full or half season plan by December 31, 2016.

    Full and half season Pistons Red, Pistons Black, and Palace Royal members are eligible to participate in the Pistons Rewards program. Single game purchasers, Pistons Blue, and full and half season Pistons members with out of state addresses and/or those who are deemed as ticket brokers by Palace Sports & Entertainment are not eligible to participate in the program.

    You will receive your Rewards card with your 2016-17 tickets. Just like a credit card, carry it with you at all Pistons games to earn discounts throughout The Palace and accrue points toward your Rewards account.

In addition to earning points, you will receive Member discounts by scanning your card while making purchases at eligible concessions and merchandise locations.
