    Prizes are not refundable or exchangeable. All prizes are subject to availability and many may be non-transferable. Some prizes allow for multiple redemptions while others are single redemption only. Experiences will occur during the 2017-18 NBA season or summer 2018. We have the right to remove tickets from accounts without refunding points if tickets are posted on any secondary markets.

    Your points are valid from September 7, 2017 through June 30, 2018. Members will receive Pistons Rewards points for the 2017-18 NBA season based on membership status as of Opening Night 2017. Each month up-to-date points balances will be communicated via our Members Monthly emails.

    Pistons Members are eligible to redeem points for Pistons experiences and prizes through June 30, 2018. Prizes will be added to the Pistons Rewards site throughout the 2017-18 NBA season so login on a regular basis to view the latest offers. You may redeem points for available prizes provided that you have enough points in your account. Upon redemption, the number of required Rewards points will be deducted from your account. All redemptions are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    Please allow seven to ten business days for points to be loaded to your account. Ticket packages bought after December 31, 2017 are not eligible for participation in the Rewards program.

    You will earn one point for every dollar spent at eligible concessions stands up to 10,000 points. You will earn one point for every dollar spent on merchandise up to 10,000 points.

    By scanning your season ticket(s) at the gate, your account will earn 300 points per seat, up to 6 seats. For pre-season games you will earn 200 points per seat, up to 6 seats. If you forward your Pistons tickets to a friend, you will still earn points as long as they scan in at the gate.

    Members with multiple season plans and/or seat locations will receive the combined value of points for overall spend, up to 100,000 points. Points for base membership and tenure are only recognized once.

    Suiteholders receive pre-loaded points based on suite level. Full Season Suites will get 80,000 points as their "spend" for the season Half Season Suites will get 40,000 points as their "spend for the season This is only figured for the Pistons part of the suite contract. Suite holder will get points loaded for their concessions at a later date in the season. (Jan. 2018).

    Members will receive tenure points based on how many consecutive years as a Pistons member. • 1-9 years = 5,000 points • 10-24 years = 10,000 points • 25+ years = 25,000 points

    Yes, members receive one point for every dollar spent on your season seats, up to 100,000 points. These points are pre-loaded onto your account.

    Season ticket members receive points based on the type of package purchased. These points are pre-loaded onto your account. • Full season member = 8,200 points • Half season member = 2,100 points

    Upon first login, you will be prompted to accept terms and conditions and will earn 750 bonus points for doing so. From a desktop computer or your smartphone, the preferred browser is Google Chrome.

    When your Rewards card is delivered with your 2017-18 season tickets, you will automatically have points pre-loaded in your rewards account at pistons.com/rewards. You can also earn more points throughout the season. Points are not transferable to other Reward members’ accounts. • Pre-loaded points: Based on your spend per year, tenure and type of membership you purchased. • Earned points: Points will accrue throughout the season as you attend Pistons games, make purchases at LCA concession stands, LCA merchandise stands, and online merchandiser purchases..     The Pistons Rewards program puts you in the driver’s seat to customize your member benefits throughout the season. Earn points for your attendance and game day purchases and redeem those points for additional game tickets, once-in-lifetime experiences or Pistons merchandise. To be eligible, you must be recognized as the primary account holder on a 2017-18 Pistons full or half season plan by December 31, 2017.

    Pistons full and 22 game purchasers, Pistons Member, Pistons Club, Pistons Courtside, and Pistons Suite Owners members are eligible to participate in the Pistons Rewards program. Single game purchasers, mini game plan buyers and full and 22 game plan Pistons members with out of state addresses and/or those who are deemed as ticket brokers by Detroit Pistons are not eligible to participate in the program.

    You will receive your Rewards card with your 2017-18 tickets. Just like a credit card, carry it with you at all Pistons games to accrue points toward your Rewards account.

    • To earn rewards points, purchases can be made at concourse concessions stands, concourse merchandise stands, and online merchandise purchases. Allow 48 - 72 business hours for points to load.

In the event that your account is not paid in full by November 1, 2017, you may not have login privileges. • If you have recently cancelled your membership you will no longer have login privileges
